This is awful, schoolboy-type gangster fetishism that is so worn at this stage, gratuitously stealing from other (better) sources for dialogue and style and lacking in any depth beyond the flimsiest of caricature. If this is regarded as amongst the most new and exciting in British theatre, no wonder the homegrown industry is in such a state, not to mention cinema.
