One day, Solange and Martin are here, in the bed of a river that has disappeared. As everyone knows, a river flows towards the sea. So, Solange and Martin follow the path which takes them to the sea. In the time the journey takes, they have fun, they fight, they love, they enthuse, they despair. They also meet people and almost die. They disappear from view for a moment. As if they wanted to get away, to not continue to live their life. Sometimes, they change paths, forgetting the sea, to take the paths that branch off.

A tale, an initiatory journey, a theatrical poem ...

The Loire River froze over that year. It was the end of the day. It was already dark. A few passers-by hurried past like shadows and some children were playing noiselessly. A silent film, you'd say, images in black and white, with original music. That's all. A little nocturnal landscape. And yet, by looking closer, you couldn't help but notice something astounding: the Loire had disappeared.
In the heart of Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc, an ordinary pipe from which the water flows marks the source of the Loire. The bargemen of the Loire Marine, all good people, nice and kind, used to call this river "Le Paradis ". If you block it, with a hand for example, or by any other means, you can imagine that much further away, downstream, the course of the Loire would suddenly find itself cut off!

The story of Solange and Martin is a story of love and of learning. It's a theatre story, a fake story and a lie. The poetry of the theatre is, without a doubt, a lie that saves the truth.
